By accessing this website, requesting a quote, scheduling services, or allowing work to be performed, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

Just N Time Pro Services LLC provides professional exterior services including but not limited to:

• Roof & gutter cleaning

• Pressure washing & soft washing

• Window washing

• Concrete & hardscape cleaning and sealing

• Asphalt seal coating

• Holiday & permanent lighting installation, maintenance, takedown, and storage

• Landscaping, drainage, lawn renovation, and maintenance

• Tree removal and debris handling

Services are offered to residential and commercial clients in Washington State.

2. Estimates & Scope of Work

• All pricing is based on visible conditions at the time of inspection.

• Additional charges may apply if hidden damage, access limitations, or scope changes are discovered.

• Written approval (signature, text, or email confirmation) authorizes work to proceed.

3. Deposits & Payments

• Deposits may be required to secure scheduling and materials.

• Remaining balances are due upon completion unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Late payments may result in service delays, additional fees, or collection action.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellations.

• Deposits are non-refundable once scheduling, preparation, or materials ordering has begun.

• Weather delays do not constitute a cancellation.

5. Weather & Scheduling

Exterior services are weather-dependent. We reserve the right to delay or reschedule work due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions to ensure quality and safety.

6. Property Access & Utilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide clear and safe access to all work areas

• Secure pets prior to service

• Provide access to water and electricity when required

We are not responsible for delays or incomplete work due to restricted access or unavailable utilities.

7. Pre-Existing Conditions

We are not responsible for damage related to pre-existing conditions including, but not limited to:

• Fragile roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or concrete

• Prior improper installations or repairs

• Hidden rot, corrosion, or structural issues

Clients must disclose known concerns prior to service.

8. Holiday & Permanent Lighting Terms

• Seasonal lighting includes installation and takedown unless otherwise specified.

• Stored lighting remains the property of the client.

• Manufacturer warranties apply only to supplied products.

• Workmanship warranties apply only as stated in writing.

• Acts of nature (wind, snow, ice, power outages) are not covered under warranty.

9. Warranty Limitations

• No guarantee is made against future moss growth, staining, or weather-related wear.

• Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by weather, animals, vandalism, or third-party interference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Photos & Marketing

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and marketing purposes. No identifying personal information will be shared without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
